Suzy Phillips returns with another inspiring and creative interactive workshop. This is the second workshop Suzy will host for our Progressive Women and ANKLe Leadership series.

The workshop will focus on using the Myers Briggs Type Indicator to help you to understand how you prefer to operate. This will look at

How you tackle problems

How you gather information

How to make better decisions and organise yourself

Greater self-awareness can help you to be more effective in your professional and personal life and help you interact most effectively with others. The workshop aims to give you practical tools to help you be successul and influential in all aspects of your life.

Suzy Phillips, is Director of Creative Connexions. Suzy is experienced in coaching, mentoring, skills development and leadership and change management programmes. Suzy's qualifications include but are not limited to MSc in Management Development, B.Ed., CIPD, Level A & B. in psychometric testing: 16pf5, MBTI. In this time of economic recession where we most need a new kind of leadership, women's professional development is often limited because of constrained training budgets. That's why Progressive Women and ANKLe want to make top quality professional and inspiring training available at a fraction of the price a private course would charge.
