Suzy Phillips, is Director of Creative Connexions. Suzy is experienced in coaching, mentoring, skills development and leadership and change management programmes. Suzy's qualifications include but are not limited to MSc in Management Development, B.Ed., CIPD, Level A & B. in psychometric testing: 16pf5, MBTI. Trained in Transactional Analysis, NLP and the Margerison McCann Team Management System and Nancy Kline's Thinking Environment.
